      parties in binary form (collectively Licensed Software) and/or
   b) Open Source Software.

2) Licensed Software is distributed to you only in binary form. You
   a) are authorized to use the Licensed Software only in or in
      connection with the Nokia N950-products; and
   b) may not use, modify, adapt, translate, copy and/or distribute
      Licensed Software, except as expressly permitted herein.

3) The NOKIA N950 ONECLICKFLASHER­IMAGE is provided to you AS IS
   and Nokia, its affiliates and/or its licensors do not make any
   representations or warranties, express or implied (including, without
   any limitation, the warranties of  merchantability or fitness for
   a particular purpose, or that it will not infringe any third party
   patents, copyrights, trademarks or other rights).
   You agree that any downloading, installation and/or use by you of
   the NOKIA N950 ONECLICKFLASHER­IMAGE happens and is solely at your
   own risk and that Nokia assumes no liability whatsoever for any
   damages that you may incur or suffer in connection with the
   NOKIA N950 ONECLICKFLASHER­IMAGE and/or the installation or use
   thereof.

4) The Open Source Software is licensed and distributed under the
   applicable open source/free software licenses and/or other licenses,
   permissions, notices or disclaimers containing obligation or
   permission to provide the source code of such software. The relevant
   source code of the Open Source Software is made available to you
   per the product loan agreement you have concluded with us for the
   Nokia 950.
